How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

-All orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed. Orders that are placed on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be shipped out no later than Tuesday. Please note during the Holiday season our shipping times may be longer, so please plan accordingly. 

-Customers will receive a Tracking Number as soon as we ship. Also a notification email notifying purchaser of order being shipped. 

-Cancel an order? Say it isn't so...If you must cancel an online order it must be done within 12 hours of the order being placed. If an order is canceled after this time period there will be a $25 restocking fee. 

Payment and Shipping

-We offer three payment options: Credit Card, Square or Paypal. Our site is secure and none of the imformation collected will be stored. Full payment is due at the time of purchase. 

-Southern Roots Boutique will always offer FREE SHIPPING in

the US on orders over $100.00. 

-Returned Mail: If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, we are not responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will need to pay to have the order shipped back to them. 

Returns & Refunds

- Southern Roots Boutique offers store credit within a 14-day period. Before shipping a return, please contact info@shopsrboutique.com to request a return number to include in the package. If the package is received within 14 days of the original receiving date, a store credit will be issued or an exchange completed if requested. Please check your order immediately upon receiving it. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. 

-Please note: All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags attached. 

-Items not eligible for Store Credit or Return: sale or discounted items, seasonal items, worn or used merchandise, merchandise with tags unattached or missing, no proof of purchase and, past the 14 day period. NO EXCEPTIONS!

How do I return an item?

-Before shipping a return, please contact info@shopsrboutique.com to request an return number to include in the package. 

When returning your item, you may send your package back to us using any shipping carrier you prefer. A tracking number is recommended. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit back to us. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. In order to return, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy listed above to make sure your item meets the criteria. Once your package is received, please allow up to 5 business days for store credit processing. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification
